Raspberry Mint Summer Spritz + Yeast Buster

Makes One 8 oz spritz


  • 5-7 raspberries
  • 1 tbsp fresh mint
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 dropper Yeast Buster
  • 4 oz sparkling water
  • Garnish: mint leaves


  1. To a 8oz glass add the raspberries, mint, honey (optional), yeast buster and lemon juice. Muddle until most of the raspberries are mashed, leaving some chunks.
  2. Transfer ingredients to a cocktail shaker with a handful of ice. Cover the shaker and shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
  3. Add ice to fill the glass and pour in the mocktail. Top with sparkling water, mix and add mint leaves and enjoy!
