| OWL Venice
Makes 1 8 oz spritz
- 5-7 raspberries
- 1 tbsp fresh mint
- 1 tsp honey (optional)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 dropper yeast buster
- 4 oz sparkling water
- Garnish: mint leaves
- To a 8oz glass add the raspberries, mint, honey (optional), yeast buster and lemon juice. Muddle until most of the raspberries are mashed, leaving some chunks.
- Transfer ingredients to a cocktail shaker with a handful of ice. Cover the shaker and shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
- Add ice to fill the glass and pour in the mocktail. Top with sparkling water, mix and add mint leaves and enjoy!
