In order to maintain the integrity of our cleanse program, we chose to leave out shelf stabilizers and preservatives from all our products. Because of this, we only offer pre-made Mylkshakes for pickup at our Venice HQ. But don't worry- prepping your shakes with the powder packs is easy. What do I need to prepare my Reset shakes?
Plan to pickup these few fresh ingredients from the store: 2 plantains, 1 squash, and 2 beets (double this for 6 or 8 day cleanses). View the instructions video on this page for extra help, or download the steps here.
How long do the broths & shakes last?
OWL Broth Elixirs are vacuum sealed and have a shelf life of 6 months at room temperature when unopened. *Do not freeze your jars as the glass may break. Once opened, they will last for 7-10 days refrigerated.
Mylkshake powders have a shelf life of 3 months. After blending with fruit/veggies and water, they are good for 4-6 days refrigerated.
How long does shipping take?
All cleanses ship for free and typically take 5-7 business days depending on where you are located in the US.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only ship within the United States and Canada.
Orders placed for local pick-up and delivery include freshly made mylkshakes which are made in our kitchen daily and last 4-6 days refrigerated

How do I schedule my pick-up?
Once you place your order you can schedule a pickup from the OWL HQ in Venice by following the Schedule Pickup link in your order confirmation email. You choose the time that works best for you! If you want to receive your cleanse by a certain date, please be sure to place your order ahead of time. If you did not receive the scheduling link, please email us at info@owlvenice.com.
How long will my broths & mylkshakes last?
Reset shakes are good for about 4-6 days refrigerated. If you are picking up from our Venice HQ, we recommend bringing a cooler if you will not be back at your refrigerator for more than 45 minutes. We also have ice packs available for purchase at the shop just in case.

We offer local delivery to LA county and Orange County, CA zip codes.
Enjoy half a jar (16oz) of a broth and a mylkshake for each meal. Heat the broth on the stovetop and sip it like tea and blend your mylkshake packet with 32oz of water the specific fruit/vegetable as shown in the above video. The order of the cleanse and ingredients (shown below) are intentional and aligned with the teachings of chronobiology.

MORNING
Vegan Mineral Broth Elixir: Alkaline water, apple cider vinegar, shiitake mushroom, cordyceps, wood ear mushroom, kombu, ginger, turmeric, celery, carrots, swiss chard, fennel, lavender, cilantro, sorrel, thyme, lemon thyme, parsley.
Magic Matcha Mylkshake: hemp hearts with spirulina, plantains, bentonite clay, cinnamon, matcha green tea.

Chicken Bone Broth Elixir: Alkaline water, apple cider vinegar, chicken bones, ginger, turmeric, celery, carrots, swiss chard, fennel, lavender, cilantro, thyme, lemon thyme, savory, parsley.

How do I open the jar?
With a can opener or wine key. Our jars are pressure canned so the lid needs to be popped the first time it’s opened. This traditional canning method is why OWL Venice broths have a 6-month shelf life and keep without refrigeration until opened. Just be careful not to hook the lip of the glass jar with whatever opening tool you use!
How many jars will I receive?
A 4-day Reset will come with 6 jars total: 2 Vegan Broths, 2 Chicken Broths and 2 Beef Broths. You will receive 2 compostable bags of Mylkshake powders per each Mylkshake:
A 6-day Reset will come with 9 jars total: 3 Vegan Broths, 3 Chicken Broths and 3 Beef Broths. You will receive 3 compostable bags of Mylkshake powders per each Mylkshake: Magic Matcha, Golden Ginger and Bold Beet.
An 8-day Reset will come with 12 jars total: 4 Vegan Broths, 4 Chicken Broths and 4 Beef Broths. You will receive 4 compostable bags of Mylkshake powders per each Mylkshake: Magic Matcha, Golden Ginger and Bold Beet.
Can I freeze the mason jars?
No, please do not freeze your jars as the glass may break. Our broth jars are pressure sealed and shelf stable for 6 months at room temperature when unopened.
Can I eat while on the cleanse?
Many people find that they aren't hungry and have plenty of energy throughout their OWL Reset, however, we always encourage customers to listen to their own body. If you're in need of some extra fuel during your cleanse, you can introduce some of our approved foods, which will help you sustain you without disrupting the benefits of the cleanse.
Can I drink coffee while cleansing?
We suggest you steer clear of caffeine as it can be very acidic and will disrupt your gut balance. Click here for more info on our Pre & Post Reset recommendations.
Am I able to modify the broths or shakes?
If you want to swap the 3 broths or shake flavors in your OWL Reset, we recommend purchasing individual items to build your custom order on our website. We are unable to change or remove specific ingredients in our broth elixirs, as we simmer everything in large batches. To omit any ingredients from our shakes or for any other modifications, please call 424-525-9226 to place your order for an additional charge. We are unable to modify any already placed orders.
Do I drink the broth & mylkshake at the same time?
We have customers who enjoy drinking both during the same meal period, and other who like to space them out- i.e. Vegan Broth at 8AM, followed by the Magic Matcha Mylkshake at 9:30AM, etc.
