What's your role with OWL and what inspires you about the company?

I’m a health coach with OWL, where I provide guidance and support to clients throughout their journey with the OWL Reset—before, during, and after. My specialties include detox, and healing from mold toxicity and parasites. What truly inspires me about OWL is how they embody health as a lifestyle, from the food we nourish our bodies with, to how we care for ourselves, and even the environment we create in our homes. They truly walk the walk, if you know what I mean!

What got you into health & wellness?

I started practicing yoga in my 20s as a way to connect more deeply with my body and breath, and as a way to manage stress and anxiety. Along the way, I became interested in various cleansing techniques, including plant-based eating, fasting, juicing, and more. However, it wasn’t until chronic digestive issues began to take over my life that I really started to explore further. When traditional Western doctors couldn’t offer long-term solutions, I turned to a holistic approach and dove deep into my health journey.

What is the most rewarding aspect of being a health coach?

The most rewarding part of being a health coach is witnessing someone’s transformation. It’s incredibly fulfilling to cheer them on, support them in showing up for themselves, and watch them have those “aha” moments. There’s nothing like seeing a client tap into their own healing power and truly realize that revitalization is possible. I’m passionate about challenging the idea that just because a symptom is common, it’s normal—and I love proving that theory wrong.

What kind of self care rituals do you have?

My yoga and meditation practice are essential parts of my life. I enjoy indulging in a detox bath, a sauna session, or even a cold plunge in the ocean. Some of my other favorite self-care rituals include my nightly gua sha routine, brewing and sipping a soothing cup of herbal tea, and my morning gratitude practice. I also love spending an afternoon at the Korean spa—it's the perfect place to truly disconnect from the world!

Have you done the OWL Reset and if so, what was your experience like? Any advice you’d give to someone trying the Reset for the first time?

Yes, the OWL Reset is amazing! I love how simple yet nourishing it is. Giving my body a break from solid food was such a refreshing experience because I know that a body constantly grazing isn’t a body in healing mode. Without the energy spent on digestion, my body was able to redirect that energy toward detoxing and healing.

My advice to anyone trying the Reset for the first time is to give yourself time and space—time to slow down, check in with your body, and listen to what it needs. Allow your body the space to do the healing it instinctively knows how to do. One of the best parts of the OWL Reset is the flexibility it offers. You can introduce food if you feel it will nourish you, or skip it if you enjoy the break from solid food. It’s all about creating a healing experience that best supports you!

What mantra do you live by?

I truly believe discipline is a profound act of self-love.

I’m also a firm believer that being picky about who and what you spend your time on is not rude - it’s self respect! Health is not just physical, it’s mental, spiritual and perhaps most importantly energetic.

Are there any books, podcasts, shows, meditations, or products that you’re loving right now?

I am obsessed with continually learning - whether it’s about health, spirituality, detox, or a completely new topic.

3 incredible books I’ve just read are Signs: The Secret Language of the Universe by Laura Lynn Jackson, The One Minute Cure: The Secret to Healing Virtually All Diseases by Madison Cavanaugh and my favorite, Forbidden Health: Incurable was Yesterday by Andreas Kalker.

For all things astrology and ancient archetypal wisdom I love the podcast Rewilding for Women with Sabrina Lynn.
