Cucumber Aloe Spritz


  • ¼ cup cucumber, roughly chopped
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • ¼ cup fresh aloe vera gel (scooped from the plant) or 3 tablespoons aloe vera juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • 1 dropper OWL Liver Boost
  • splash sparkling water
  • Ice cubes



  1. To a blender add cucumber, the juice from both limes, aloe vera and honey (if using). Blend on high until smooth and set aside.
  2. Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve to remove any pulp.
  3. Rim a glass with salt by rubbing a lime wedge around the rim and then dipping it into a shallow dish of salt.
  4. Add ice cubes to a cocktail shaker, then pour in the blended mixture and shake well.
  5. Pour the mocktail into the salt-rimmed glass with ice, top with sparkling water and enjoy!
