OWL Reset Approved Foods
What’s one of the best things about the OWL Reset Cleanse? You can still eat cleanse approved foods during your experience.
Foods like select cooked veggies and greens, fruits, proteins, and more can help nourish your body and leave you feeling energetic and satisfied, not depleted.
As we say… listen to your body! Not everyone chooses to eat while doing the Reset, but if you feel hungry or low energy, you can reference our approved foods guide below.
APPROVED FOOD LIST
COOKING OILS: coconut oil, olive oil, ghee
SPICES & HERBS: cilantro, cumin, dill, dulse, ginger, mustard, parsley, rosemary, sage, thyme, turmeric, salt
BEVERAGES: herbal tea, lemon water, fresh nut/seed milks (not boxed), coconut milk
FRUITS: avocado, berries (<½ cup per day)
PROTEIN: ground turkey or chicken, sautéed wild low mercury fish, boiled chicken, spirulina, sprouted quinoa, chia seeds
COOKED GREENS: collard greens, nettles, sorrel, spinach, swiss chard
COOKED VEGETABLES: beets, carrots, celery, celery root, fennel, squash* (acorn, butternut, kabocha, or pumpkin), sweet potato, yams, zucchini *skin removed
