If you were to write a list of people, places and things that you love and care about, how far down that list would you write your name?

And if it’s not number one, why?

If you were to close your eyes and manifest every single detail of one day in your present life into being, what would it look like? Who would you spend it with? What does the space around you look like? What routines and rituals would you invite in? Would they be the same in the morning as in the evening? What kind of people and energy would you surround yourself with? What would you eat and drink? How would you move? What does it look like outside? Would you exercise? Where do you live? What’s the smell? What are your passion projects? What’s your line of work? How does your day schedule out? What time do you wake up? What time do you go to bed? Do you have a partner? What do you do together? Do you have a family? What’s your role? How do you build a bond? What does your body feel like?

When we paint the idealistic picture of our lives, it gives us perspective on the things that really matter. It isn’t the fancy car you drive or the clothes or jewelry you wear.  It isn’t the lavish vacations or the six-figure salary that defines you.

Self-love and self-care are about loving ourselves for who we are and taking the time to build a relationship with that part of ourselves that needs to continuously be nurtured. If there were no little voice of self-doubt or fear buzzing around your ear, what would you love about yourself? Unconditionally love YOU. Own your power, act from a place of kindness towards yourself.

Look in the mirror, and repeat after me.

I am more than enough.

I am more than enough.

I am more than enough.

When we connect to these practices, we replace blame, shame and anger with ownership and creation. We will not be bothered by disagreements, as we understand that everyone is entitled to their own views. We invite stillness into our lives, which creates moments of clarity and inspiration. We empower change when we lead by example. We shine because we are unafraid of showing our true selves to others. We understand that we are the source of all happiness. We live our purpose. We let go of the need to prove ourselves, as we are confident that we are enough. We yearn for deep connection with others that accept us, our strengths and our weaknesses unconditionally. We start living a life of abundance, which allows growth in.

You are divine love, and once you start to accept that, the universe conspires to help align your passions and manifestations together as one.

You are worthy,

Sarah
