It was su ch a worth while journey to take. We didn’t add in any food, just stuck with the 4 day reset vegan broth and mylks. It was challenging. I let myself rest more than usual. But when I did work out I was strong as ever, which is a testament to the powders, because in essence there’s just a bit of spirulina in the morning mylk. There’s virtually nothing except water in these concoctions. And yet the powders that are there do heavy lifting. Both my husband and I lost a few pounds, and a lot of inflammation. Great way to start 2025. The last day of the cleanse was the day of the fires starting, so it felt a bit surreal to be drinking those mylks in the dark.
It wasn’t easy, but I LOVE that we did it. So worthwhile
