Drinking bone broth can provide you with some amazing benefits! First off, bone broth is an excellent source of collagen, which is a protein often used to rejuvenate skin, strengthen hair, improve joint health, and promotes a healthy gut and digestive tract. Bone broth is also packed with essential vitamins and minerals like magnesium, potassium, phosphorus, and calcium just to name a few.
Another source of benefits from our Bone Broth Elixirs is the impressive amino acid profile. Glutamine, a component of gelatin, is renowned for its ability to combat and heal leaky gut. Glycine and Arginine have shown the ability to fight chronic inflammation in your body. Research also speaks to Glycine’s use for promoting deeper, more restful sleep. Finally, bone broth is an excellent source of hydration!
In addition to the wide array of benefits bone broth has to offer, we infuse our OWL broth elixirs with medicinal herbs, roots and fungi, transforming them from a traditional stock into an elixir that tastes more like a tea.
