Anti-Inflammatory Salt


  • Rosemary
  • Thai basil
  • Parsley
  • Turmeric
  • 3 table spoons flake salt


  1. Bake for 275°F for 15-18 minutes.
  2. Let cool and crumble by hand before storing in an air tight container.
  3. Sprinkle this salt into any of Owls mineral rich broths for added flavor and anti inflammatory action.
