No matter what type of nutritional program I have tried, as well as broths on the market, I have experienced bloating and digestive issues. Additionally, in the last year I have begun experiencing pain in my right hip due to burcitis. I recently ordered the 4 day owl reset. Within the first two days I felt such calm and zero bloating/digestive issues. The broths and shakes are so soothing to the body and digestive track, as well as nutritionally satisfying. However, the biggest surprise took place waking up on day 4. I realized I had absolutely no pain in my right hip, as well as no aches and pains anywhere in my body. I was completely amazed. I followed the instructions by incorporating the recommended foods into my diet over the next 3-4 days - and still there was no pain. I am in love with these products and this company, and cannot recommend too highly!

I believe in the Owl Reset. I am a sugar addict and I eat when stressed... and I'm stressed a lot. Once or twice a year I realize things are a little out of control and I don't feel great and have succumbed to excuses and bad habits. The Owl Reset really does reset me and get me into a healthier mindset. I enjoy the mylkshakes and don't really leave me feeling hungry. I occasionally snack on raw coconut and raw cashews during my cleanse which keeps me satisfied. I end the reset feeling much better and my skin also thanks me! Considering subscribing next time!

I was delighted to start this reset. I loved that the broths were fresh (neither powdered nor frozen), and it makes a huge difference. The shakes are cravable - I never thought I’d love a shake-broth combo for a meal! The mild earthy-sweet refreshing taste is the perfect compliment to the savory broths. They kept me energetic and light throughout the day. So excited to do this reset again!
In order to maintain the integrity of our cleanse program, we chose to leave out shelf stabilizers and preservatives from all our products. Because of this, we only offer pre-made Mylkshakes for local delivery. But don't worry- prepping your shakes with the powder packs is easy. OWL Broth Elixirs are heat sealed and have a shelf life of 6 months at room temperature when unopened. *Do not freeze your jars as the glass may break. Once opened, they will last for 7-10 days refrigerated.
Mylkshake powders have a shelf life of 3 months. After blending with fruit/veggies and water, they are good for 4-6 days refrigerated.
