After more than 20 years in the health, fitness, and wellness world, Owl Cleanse remains my favorite cleanse on the market. It makes the most sense to me because it’s rooted in nourishment — you’re consistently drinking, fueling, and still allowed to eat. I believe both drinking and chewing are equally important for the body, and this approach honors that balance. More importantly, I don’t have to think about what to eat or drink when I’m on it, which frees up so much mental space. I’m also someone who doesn’t naturally eat or drink enough throughout the day, so it gently forces me to fuel myself consistently — and that’s key for me. The broths being free of garlic and onion is a huge plus as well.
Beyond the physical benefits, every time I’m on it I naturally begin clearing space in other areas of my life — cleaning, reorganizing my schedule, refining workouts, and resetting my rhythm. It truly feels like a cleanse from the inside out.

I just finished the 4-Day Reset and I have to say, this was the most delicious bone broth I’ve ever tasted. It was not only flavorful but also incredibly soothing for my digestive system.
If you’re dealing with SIBO or other digestive issues, this reset is such a great option. It’s the perfect detox/cleanse, gentle, non-triggering, and supportive for your gut. I experienced no bloating, just a light and relaxed feeling throughout. It’s also amazing during active detox phases when your body needs extra care.

In order to maintain the integrity of our cleanse program, we chose to leave out shelf stabilizers and preservatives from all our products. Because of this, we only offer pre-made Mylkshakes for local delivery. But don't worry- prepping your shakes with the powder packs is easy. OWL Broth Elixirs are heat sealed and have a shelf life of 6 months at room temperature when unopened. *Do not freeze your jars as the glass may break. Once opened, they will last for 7-10 days refrigerated.
Mylkshake powders have a shelf life of 3 months. After blending with fruit/veggies and water, they are good for 4-6 days refrigerated.
