Quarterly Cleanse Club

OWL products gave me one of the best detox experiences I’ve had. Some days were definitely challenging, but the broths and shakes kept me nourished and supported the whole way. I ended the cleanse feeling lighter, clearer, and more energized. Totally worth it and highly recommend it!

Loved the reset experience! I consider the 5 days pre and post integral pieces of the entire experience. I really appreciated the approved foods shopping list and the meal plans leading into and out of the 4 day reset. Following those guidelines helped me detox from processed foods, sugar, caffeine, etc in a way that felt gentle and rewarding. I felt my appetite shift to smaller portions over time and practiced intermittent fasting (15-17 hrs at a time) by the time my reset started rather than skipping meals altogether. The flavors of the elixirs and the mylkshakes are certainly not the most comforting, or appetizing so I definitely added more than was recommended to boost the flavor (berries, cocoa powder, coconut milk, etc) I enjoyed the vegan broth the most for sipping (probably because I am pescatarian) and during the reset found that a low mercury piece of baked fish would get me through the hardest moments of hunger. I drank 64+ oz of water each day and enjoyed herbal teas as well.

I started this reset after a long trip abroad eating foods way beyond my usual diet. I felt backed up, bloated, and inflamed. Now after the reset I feel a deeper more reverent relationship to the food I eat and cook and the intentionality of what I put into my body. I also lost 7 lbs , which was not my goal, but certainly a nice side effect.

Every reset results in a different experience. They also become easier to flow through as you ground yourself in your intentions for doing the reset in the first place.

I was reminded of how my body responds to eating with chronobiology in mind. Most of the symptoms I was experiencing prior to the reset were non-existent during the reset. None of the listed benefits are false, you truly become more clear, mindful and feel your body healing itself slowly and intentionally.

My mind and body needed this reset and I look forward to doing another next quarter!
