After more than 20 years in the health, fitness, and wellness world, Owl Cleanse remains my favorite cleanse on the market. It makes the most sense to me because it’s rooted in nourishment — you’re consistently drinking, fueling, and still allowed to eat. I believe both drinking and chewing are equally important for the body, and this approach honors that balance. More importantly, I don’t have to think about what to eat or drink when I’m on it, which frees up so much mental space. I’m also someone who doesn’t naturally eat or drink enough throughout the day, so it gently forces me to fuel myself consistently — and that’s key for me. The broths being free of garlic and onion is a huge plus as well.
