That’s what this 7 Day Meal Plan is all about: showcasing the delicious, seasonal produce of fall in a way that fills you with nostalgia and joy while strengthening your body for the winter months to come. Almost all recipes included are vegan, and those that are not can easily be made vegan with suggested substitutions.
