    A Staple

    I love this Mylkshake!! It's a staple for me. I often add extra tumeric and that makes this so medicinal. My joints feel better right away. I also add 2 medjool dates for a little sweetness. This shake is completely satisfying.

    I see a huge difference

    I’ve been suffering from digestive issues for almost 2 years. I try to have at least one of the 3 shakes and one large glass of broth each day. I’m about 3 weeks in now and while I’m Not completely healed, this is the most hopeful I’ve felt in a very long time. I believe inflammation was one of the biggest factors in my digestive health and this is in fact magic when it come to that. Sometimes I’ll add an extra slice of fresh ginger or a spoonful of honey to the shake when I’m craving a little sweetness.
