    I see a huge difference

    I’ve been suffering from digestive issues for almost 2 years. I try to have at least one of the 3 shakes and one large glass of broth each day. I’m about 3 weeks in now and while I’m Not completely healed, this is the most hopeful I’ve felt in a very long time. I believe inflammation was one of the biggest factors in my digestive health and this is in fact magic when it come to that. Sometimes I’ll add an extra slice of fresh ginger or a spoonful of honey to the shake when I’m craving a little sweetness.

    This shake was very bland for me, personally. I feel that it could have used some real vanilla bean extract in it or something to jazz it up. I love the ingredients and how I felt though.

    Light and refreshing

    I was scared to try this, but pleasantly surprised! I do love cardamom and ginger which helps. It’s light, tasty, and refreshing and makes me feel great.
