Yoga sessions at OWL are tailored to fit your needs, whether it be establish a yoga practice from the ground up, to taking an experienced practice to the next level.  If you have injuries or health concerns this is the perfect way to practice under safely under the guidance of an experienced teacher.


The relaxing, meditative, and breathing practices anchored to yoga can contribute to a person’s mental wellness through stress relief, mental clarity and relaxation, and physical awareness.

YOGA & MASSAGE

LUIS BRICENO

Luis is a 200 hour certified Yoga instructor and is certified in Next Generation Yoga for Kids. He has practiced yoga since 2008 and began studying to become an instructor in 2011 under Nicole Koleshis, and in 2014 under Richard Schachtel.


As a Health Educator, Bodywork practitioner, and Philosophy and Anatomy student, Luis seeks to cultivate a deep connection with the mind, body, and spirit through breath and movement. His teaching philosophy is guided by breath and culture, rooted in Ancient practices from Iyengar’s precise method, and Ashtanga Vinyasa traditions. Luis pays attention to details, listens to the body and offers insights from his own life, practice, and study. He welcomes all levels, including those with specific needs, promotes a safe and secure practice, and strives to be both inspiring and accessible.


In addition to yoga, Luis earned his 900 hour Massage Therapy and Health Educator certification at the National Holistic Institute of California. Luis's greatest passion is exploring the world and the people in it, and draws his passion for yoga from the influence of dance and martial arts.

LILLIAN JACOBS

Lillian is an E-RYT 200hr, RYT 500hr Vinyasa Yoga Teacher and certified AcroYoga instructor. From a young age, tagging along with her mother to class, yoga enchanted Lillian and continued to hold a special place in her life through college. After graduating with her Masters Degree in International Development and Social change, Lillian sought to broaden her contributions to the world. She studied to complete her 200 hour training under Lynne Beiger and Ame Wren in Boston, and has been teaching yoga since 2012. Lillian continued her spiritual education, studying under numerous master teachers in Boston and Los Angeles and earning her certification in AcroYoga in 2013 through AcroYoga International. After studying with Mara Healy in Charlotte, North Carolina, Lillian finally completed her 500 hour training. 


Lillian is also a Holistic Health Coach, receiving her training from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, and her Ayurvedic Health Coach training through The Joyful Belly School of Ayurveda.


When not chanting mantras on her mat, Lillian can be seen hiking with her mini-daschund, lounging on the beach, nerding out with astrology, and experimenting in the kitchen with Ayurvedic recipes.

JENNIPHER HEBNOR

Jennipher is a licensed aesthetician with a specialty in holistic-medical skincare. She entered the health and wellness industry over a decade ago and is currently in nursing school, looking to increase her knowledge of dermatology and aesthetics.


Jennifer's mindfulness of her own skin health stemmed from the loss of a loved one to cancer. She believes that because the skin is the largest and most individualized organ in the body, the care and attention it receives should reflect its unique needs.


Jennipher's passion is to educate people on how to care for the part of them that not only makes them look and feel fabulous, but that also protects them from harmful environmental stressors. She is excited about her partnership with OWL allowing her to bring another level of healthy living to the community.
