This is my third year doing the OWL reset and I always feel grateful I treated myself to this. The bone broths are so nourishing, and the smoothies are filling. I don’t feel like I’m starving myself on the reset. Not to mention the option of eating whole foods while doing the reset is a game changer!

I used the broth reset prior to a medical procedure which required that I only drink clear liquids days prior to the procedure. I was able to follow the “doctor’s orders” with the delicious & healthy bone broth rest! I always keep the bone broths in stock to sip on & for glowing skin . Definitely great value .

I love the owl Venice four day reset. Each mylkshake is so tasty and filling. It really helped cut my cravings for sweets and coffee. I did the vegan option and the broths are delicious. It's really easy to follow in all of the ingredients are fresh. Thank you so much, can't wait to do it again.
