So needed!!
I started off the new year with the 30 Day Ritual Kit and it has led to the greatest kickstart in my health journey!! My body isn’t craving sugar as it once did, my energy levels feel balanced, and I’m eating super clean 90% whole foods!!! I enjoyed my morning bone broth ritual that grounded me as a mindfulness practice first thing in the morning. I definitely finished the bone broth before the 30 days so I’d be mindful to ration your portions right so it’ll last ya for 30 days! Love the intentional ingredients in the mylkshakes—def super healthy and not sweet but your body adapts and starts to enjoy them :) I’ve been a fan of the digestive bitters for a while and still have my first bottle so it’s nice that this kit comes with one that I can bring on the go and leave my other one at home! Overall, I noticed less bloating, balanced energy levels throughout the day, and less overeating while doing this program!! (I did follow the approved foods list only as well!)

Helps me stay on track
I love the routine of broth in recipes or replacing my morning coffee with broths or shakes. My favorite products are the bitters and liver support and I’m always running out. This box is perfect to help me stay on point with all my routines :)

New favorite!
I love the OWL Reset and I find that this is the perfect way to maintain the benefits in between Resets. I like to start my day with a warm cup of broth and the shakes are so easy to take on the go for busy days when I don't have time to sit down for all 3 meals. The meal plans help me so much when I'm feeling uninspired for home cooked meals and the bitters make a HUGE difference in my digestion. Really love this monthly box - signed up for a subscription so I'm never without all of my faves!
