Lillian is a firm believer that the body wants to thrive and be healthy. Every body is unique and has different health needs. As a health coach she aims to help individuals connect with their own bodies and find their unique healing path.

Luis is a 200 hour certified Yoga instructor and is certified in Next Generation Yoga for Kids. He has practiced yoga since 2008 and began studying to become an instructor in 2011 under Nicole Koleshis, and in 2014 under Richard Schachtel. His teaching philosophy is guided by breath and culture, rooted in Ancient practices from Iyengar’s precise method, and Ashtanga Vinyasa traditions. Luis pays attention to details, listens to the body and offers insights from his own life, practice, and study. He welcomes all levels, including those with specific needs, promotes a safe and secure practice, and strives to be both inspiring and accessible.
